Mediocre movies are getting more money and good movies are confined to OTT.

Nepo star and big players even f u cked with OTT players - they manipulated and fooled them. Result - all major OTT players are saying what they pay will be dependent on theatrical performance.

They are strictly average typical masala movies but released with lot of hype.. they are enjoyable if you watch in a theater with lot of ppl.. OTT lo chusthe bore kottuddi..

But even neutral movie goers are also only going to these movies and other movies are completely ignored.

 

Other problem is 4 week OTT window... People know they can wait...

Depends on the season too.. if there are no good movies in that season, no hits for that hero in a long time, people will watch even average movies

All good release windows are taken by star heroes.

Or by Hindi or Tamil dub bed movies. Where is the window ? 

Last week, 7 movies released.... Polimera 2 become a hot, keeda cola struggled and the rest dusted.

Honestly many theaters don’t have enough movies to exhibit.. but for some reason all these small movies get released at the same time.. like 3-6 movies on the same day

Here me out... It's all relative. Compare to what star movies made like bhola shankar etc. 

Ante sundararinki, dasara , Shyam singha roy -- all under performed. They are not perfect , but should have made more at box office.

Month of madhu - zero at box office. Good ratings on OTT. Should have made couple of crores? 

Gargi, virata parvam - vanished at box office. Worth at least few CRs at box office.

Miss shetty... Jawaan effect , bad luck. 

Hit 2 ..
