naavi 6 rounds man. the interview pattern is screwed up. i prepared 6 months to solve 350LC problems . finally grabbed good opportunity. malli job change cheyali ante repeat the entire process.

I understand what you are saying.

But naa interaction with most tella fellows...they give more importance to family.

Nenu work chese company lo if someone is not working well, if they complain to a tella manager, first question they ask is "did anything change. Did that person has a new baby or has a death or something else in family that led to the person underperforming".

Reality is that the desi performance dipped coz of doing 2 jobs. Double edged sword.

Mostly manaku teleekundana konchem accent maruthundi which sounds natural. But konchem mandi techi pettina accent tho matladutharu .. 

Maa office la, when I interact with our recruiters, they say this person has an accent and when I talk to them its usually because of "Techipettukunna accent".

Agree, talk with what comes naturally to you.
