My mexico trip review

Visited mexico for first time. 

Likes :

People are super friendly

People have mixed racial features but all see themselves as mexicans

observations:

most of mexico outside of tourist areas looks just like india. i was very suprised by this as i thought mexico is significantly richer than india. same brick/concrete buildings, same kirana stores with plastic pouches.

Only difference is dressing and food. The hygiene standards are somewhat better as i did not get sick drinking juices or water from basic places.

Moral values are basically western  when it comes to sexual relations- people divorce, cohabit, wear similiar clothes and have free sex like in any western country.

Taxi drivers are as bad as in india except they dont honk but drive rash.

Food is indeed tastier because they work a lot more in cutting vegetebles or meats and cooking them properly.

Politeness standards are higher than even usa - a lot of gracias and great service.

One thing i can say about mexico is even if some of the living standards are similiar to india (atleast south and west india) they enjoy far more  - they eat far more meat and have far more sex.

Stupid indians deny themselves good food and good sex but have nothing to show for it.

Mexico can be very dangerous as well if you decide to roam around yourself. I have been there a few times. Looks and feel like India. Weather also similar. Overall good people but plagued by Drug cartels. Women look similar to desis but more white skinned.
