Annalu - Please suggest.

Situation

Currently working (last 6 months or so) for Phed gov as a Contractor - Agency A.

Now got full time offer - again Phed gov (Different Agency...let's say Agency B).  Pay is much less though.

a) Worth quitting Agency A to join Agency B for the pay cut?  Would benefits/pay raise in long run make up for it?  Phed lo benefits baaguntaayi ani vinna.

b) Rendu remote jobs ye.  Rendu chesukovacha as they are different agencies?  Agency A ki e-Qip cheyincharu but that was about 9 months ago.  Ippudu Agency B kooda e-qip aduguthe (inka not confirmed if they ask or not - most probably they will) will  my current agency know about it somehow and will it create trouble?  To avoid this, Can I just leave my current employment as blank in background check?

You can’t work it will be conflict and you will be send to jail, take care! Federal jobs are very strict

Phed benefits raaka povadam endhi baa.  2nd job is Full time Phed prabhutva job antunna kadha?  Current dhi contractor to Phed - but totally different Phed agency.
