he is old n retied, now staying alone. his kids are grown up and settled in abroad ... he cant unjustly ask the kids to sacrifice their career and dreams ... n come back to India and take care of him ...

rather than that ... he gets a companion ... and he lives happy ... his kids will takecare of them selve and their lives in US ...
