I can sense the downfall of elite middle class..

Cronyism, nepotism, favoritism call it whatever you want has always been a part of any ruling structure be it a kingdom, an autocracy, a communist or a socialist country, a theocracy or a democracy or even a republic. 

Capitalism perse is no exempt. What makes you think that it entered South India recently? It's been there around for as long as I remember.

I can see most people who does business come from north & Andhra settlers

What's wrong with that ? Are we not a single country?  Do you think, South Indian business don't take up businesses in North? Why are Andhra settlers any different from say Tamil or Kerala or Punjabi settlers?

Why can't you see hordes of Telugu/Tamil and other South people fully flooding public sector jobs, private sector jobs and especially IT jobs in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata and even Nagpur, Ahmedabad ??

Telugu and Tamil people owing nearly 40-50% of entire IT job market inside and outside of India??

Crony capitalism was a thing for all India since independence. 

Annagoru cheap rice scheme made some Krishna-Guntur rice mill owners really really rich. Help fund TDP elections.
