uncle dont think having job right now in US is highskilled etc many unfortunate people lost jobs as part of reorgs etc

Many many companies already have hiring freeze in US , only hiring in Canad and Mexico to name a few naaku telisivanvi first hand stories  Paypal 80:20 ratio lo last quarter hiring 20% in san jose, Austin rest in mexico and Bengaluru,Ripple (XRP) company freezed in SF only hiring in canada , Amazon vancouver hiring data,  at much lower cost than elevated salaries in US , they are choosing Canada, Mexico, Ireland , Bengaluru and Hyderbad, canada has its own problems in housing etc thats different story , but hiring in companies already started

The taxes have gone up, inflation is all time high, housing has become unaffordable and Canadian dollar is all time low. Add reckless immigration and Woke culture on top of that. Canadian big business need cheap labour, just like American business. In the US they rely on Mexicans and other illegals including Indians, where as Canada relies on international students and new PRs. The salaries in Canada are often 30-40% lower than the base US salaries for the same position and with no bonuses and stock options. Canada at best is another offshoring base for US corps. Canada used to be much better with better dollar during the time of Harper and even before him. Trudeau rule and WEF policies have decimated the Canadian economy, it's natural resources sector. It's the same in UK and EU as well. At this time, US and India appear to be lot better than Canada/UK/EU. I have seen all this.

It's not that you don't have any, there are many tech, science and medicine and even resource sector jobs that requires STEM degrees. However the size and scale are still different. Canada will have less number of jobs by the size of its economy and less diversification and Canadians prefer those that are already working in Canada over fresh imports.

i seriously doubt there are ample opportunities available in Canada .. especially in IT industry .. naku telisi aithe .. Indian WITCH companies place-holder laga Canada lo unchutharu 6-yrs aipoina .. VISA stamping issues unna vaalla ni

They have opportunities for near shoring US companies , the pay is very less comparative to US and housing is expensive , its for immigrants for ex my friend got laid off , he found in Canada a opportunity he wants to take up and try

That's only because they save on expenses, because of low Canadian wages. If it comes to that, hiring in India is even better. If you make 30 LPA and over in India you will still have a good life than making CDN $110k in Canada.
