How are you managing Jewellery at home? Bank lockers or you have lockers at home?

Its not about money. I know bank lockers are cheap. We are currently paying $120/yr which is fine. 

The closest bank where we got locker (due to US Bank merging with Union Bank) is 20 miles. Not very convenient. We constantly check all banks nearby. I also hate the US bank now and want to close account. So looking for options.

Its so tough to find a locker in a bank near by (esp desi communities).

Yeh Its tough to get sleep when we have them at home.

May be the only option is to keep checking with banks when lockers are available. Frustrating.

My friend has custom built 5ft*3ft locker.

Maree open ga kakunda, they may have built a secret passage way. Or not too obvious ga with in walls or something like that ayundachu. But it might result in sleepless nights esp if you put too much in it and go for vacations. 

Banks are using Lockers as a leverage (to indians) to make force deposits and keep a min balance. They are paying 0.05% interest rates in these accounts.

I checked all local credit unions as well. What do you mean by Financing banks and how do I find them in my area? Google search for lockers?
