Hi Folks,

Please let me know if there are any banks that can provide small business loans up to 50K with mediocre business credit scores, I tried BOFA but remained with no luck.

Been there myself—it’s a hassle trying to find a bank that’ll give you a shot with less-than-great credit. If the usual banks keep turning you down, one thing you could look into is offshore company formation. I know it sounds a bit out there, but setting up offshore sometimes opens doors to funding from international banks, which might have more flexible lending rules.

Student loans already feel like a lifelong commitment, so adding a mortgage on top of that? Brutal. Been looking into refinancing options to make things more manageable, and Nationstar Mortgage came up. Now just hoping I don’t spend the next few decades drowning in payments!
