Super spacious living. Kakapothey Apartments entha varaku safe anedi no clarity . Future 5-10 years down the line ! Mainly India lo water issues and pollution issues tho enthaina survival kashtam anipistundi.
Entha rangulesi paina pataram techina kuda Lona lotaram pothada?

Film / pharma / Nri  ppl  can easily buy them as thy like to skip abv middle class locality. 

 IT lo PM level vallu easy ga 1Cr range lo unnaru and there are many local businesses earning handsome vallaki kuda pedda kastam kadu e appartments as ppl mentality on spending changed a lot after covid
