Yes, Please check Neopolis and Kokapet Golden mile area. Neopolis Rajapushpa is already planning 5k-7k sft high rise ultra luxury apartments, My home Nishada has 3-4K sft luxury apartments.  I think in next 2-3 years most of the Ellite builders will have high end luxury apartments in this area.
