entha vasthe antha save chesukovali Anna anthe correct time lo invest cheyali , you might see the diff between precovid and post covid investment mistakes ela vautunayi . dont focus on high funda apartments, luxury  unless you are planning to stay and you can afford rental  is still in control , invest in lands or here in houses at correct time( again no one can time market but we have to try our best)

1Cr - stocks/Mutual fund - if you invest right now its advantage - 10 years tarata it will be more expensive
