Is it just subscription based or do we need to get the setup box too?

If you have a smart TV and have an option to download apps, you can download STBEMU app. If not you can use FireStick and download STBEMU to it. Check its configuration for your TV MACAddress.

Google IPTV providers and check their prices else goto bestiptvoffers. You can ask for a trial and give your MACAddress. They will enable and share the URL with you. You configure this URL in StbEMu. Plenty of youtube videos with step by step explanation

just a suggestion..don't go for long term contracts..veellu eppudu untaro eppudu janda ethesaro theleedu..expensive ayina go month to month...or may be 3-6 months max..antha kante ante risk..but ofcourse there are some which have been in existence for a long time..so YMMV...just sharing my opinion anthe..nannu 10ngakandi..

it is a grey area. iptv distribution is illegal. consumers are ok in usa. uk lo fines vesaru for people using it. 

most of these distributors are from canada.

How long you been using , I must say these life long deals gets shut down pretty soon and better to pay by year or less than lifelong.
