H4 extension is in process can my wife go to canada for stamping

ma wife h4 extension process lo undi can she travel to canada and get the visa , i have my h1 extension approved. Is it possible? Anybody gone through this? Please suggest ,thank you!

if she goes out of country, H4 extn process becomes invalid....
