We go by word. There is no verification. If you ask verification they might give you or show middle finger. Be ready for both the cases.

Find out L1Aor B… B ayuthe GC eligible kaadu unless h1 ki change ayuthe thappa…. And I think L1 stay will count towards h1 anukunta but not sure… 

worst case lo india lo one year vundi fresh h1 tho ravali..

If not already filed then EB1 dates 2023-24 avvadanki inko 5 years pattochu till then have to stay on some visa (preferably on L1A). Since L1A is expiring  and priority dates are not current it would be trickey so talk to lawyer.
