I am not sure why this was not posted but posting it for awareness.

for those who are traveling to India using Qatar, be prepared to loose your check in bags..

I lost all the check in bags, and to my surprise there were 120 bags lost in the flight, and the irony is, this issue is happening almost on daily basis from past 1 month. 
the basic issue is Qatar partnered through indigo and this partnership is not working great, Qatar is either not giving bags in time to indigo to load them and indigo is misplacing bags in wrong flight. 

I saw a family with 2 infants where they checked in all the bags, and they lost all of them, it was a pathetic situation for them. 

bottom line, if possible my advice is avoid Qatar if you can.

Happened with me last year. Even though I booked on qatarairways.com, the DOH to HYD was indigo flight. I did not get my checked bags in HYD and Indigo person took my details and said they will be delivered to home in Hyd. After 2 days they were delivered. Luckily I kept some clothes in cabin bag leka pote bokka ayyedi.

That Qatar to Indigo flight is definitely causing issues.

they tore my bags and never bothered to losten to what happened, don’t recommend unless it’s yoir preference

Looks like Qatar to indigo problem only… Qatar to Qatar connections tho last month maa relatives travelled and no complaints

Last week came back in Qatar Indigo flight from India, got all my bags and bags of 2 other people I made friends while on 6hrs layover

I travelled on 26th Oct 2023, had connecting flight from omanair instead of indigo from Doha. No issues experienced.

One problem noticied is omanair is congested from Doha to Hyderabad.

I guess collaboration with indigo airlines is the issue here.

Same issue with me , I lost my bag. I got bag delivered after 1 week and hover board is taken out from bag.  This seems like common issue with qatar and indigo

You are lucky, they should have taken all bags and just deliver bags
