Reversing car collide - Apartment Complex

Hello DB members .. need some suggestion.
Today when doing reverse , I did hit a very old ( 1998 ) honda car with small head light break. Other car was just in parking.

How to deal with this ? Will this be a Hit and Run or let go ? 
Emaina problems untaya future lo ?

Is it better to put my contact on wiper pad , so they will call me ?

Please suggest

write a note with your number and put it on winshield and take a pic of it

Put your contact number and let them call you .If this damage is within $500 just pay from your pocket instead dealing with insurance. insurance dagariki pothey malli ne coverage increase aitadi.

Naku okasari same incident happen, reverse theskunna grocery mart dagara na back side same okadu reverse theskunde.Iddaram hit cheskunam trunks ki we don’t know who is fault. na car ki scratches paddai vadiki koncham dent paddadi..Iddaram  anukunnam he asked do we need to exchange info ani malli future lo emaina lolli aitadi anukoni we don’t need to exchange ani iddaram velli poinam.Sorry cheppukoni jump scene nundi

But any how ,,.I placed sticky note with my contact info , incase if the guy says .. We are good no need of repair. How should I know he will not come back in future ?

Apartment complex office ki velli - hey pass this message to the owner of car with plate # xxx ani email cheyyi. that way you have some paper backing. 

owner tho contact establish ayyaka - express that you are interested in settling outside the insurance if numbers make sense. currently insurance rates are crazy high. make an extra effort to settle outside. 

try to keep communication via email or text especially agreements and all. 

dont escape thats all.
