Is I-bond that was purchased when 9% better to keep it as it is and get 5.27% or invest that money in S&P ? experts suggest

Also look for certificate of deposits. Marcus and some other reputed banks give above 5% based on the term.

check their returns for last 4 years

ex: Vanguard gave 20% last year...

key with these funds is....patience and long time game..similar to ibonds
