Atleast from what I know, Government doesn’t own too much land on the east side. Obviously they can’t accommodate Lands for huge investments.

Uppal was a cesspool, aa Srinivasa theater daggara hardly 2 lanes undevi, Uppal lo massive road expansion jaringindi, Uppal lo kuda pedda flyover vastunnadi, amberpet lo massive road expansions jariginayi and flyover vastunnadi amember-golnaka daggara which was another cesspool

Uppal SEZ bagane and progress ayindi, you will find a lot of small to mid size companies and kotha buildings kuda add chestunnaru like Ramey expanding genpact near GE, Uppal SEZ lo construction going on in a big way, DSL vallu kuda IT park kattindru

the city expanded until Gatkesar, beyond Uppal is beautiful and more organic with green spaces

obviously new areas lo ekkuva development kanipisthadi. Go to Mumbai or Delhi and see older suburbs there....hardly any change, but if you go to Noida, Gurgaon etc you will be shocked. Hyd is nothing different here.....city as such as developed a lot overall. I agree some area's are left out, but this applies to pretty much all cities across globe.

rest 95% of hyd hardly got a bridge or metro....that side is the same and will be like that only

metro is good but only smelling ppl are in it..not for day to day use
