I140 approved undhi, single earner in the family with a 2 year kid Dilemma entantey, Risk theesokuni next 60days lo job kottaagalana? 12+ year exp undhi but as dec is holiday/dull period, resume select ayyi, interviews attend ayyi, short list chesi, offer ichi H1 start chesentha time untadha, evaraina experience chesaara? Move to MASS, spend sometime there and mean while look out for jobs in Chicago and move back. I know moving is a pain but not having a job is much more painful. If I were you, I will accept your current transfer option and search and apply for jobs immediately and see how your resume picking and interviews are going. Prolong transfer until Jan month, Continue job search, if you get new job with good package, then all good, say to current employer take severance and jump.
