i disagree ... my and my friends for example are all alumini from Columbia, NYU and Carnegie ... All of us got a job through campus interviews. So many folks we have seen who just graduated from crap univ or came on H1B ... fake their resume. its crazy the amount of fraud a lot of these people do. i'm but i have no sympathy for fraudstars ... to your point if only very few got hired directly then they are most likely the deserving. Doesn't mean the other fraud population should be encouraged (just because they are more in numbers)
