you posted about upskilling right, can’t you do a basic search about your question anyways, h1b wage levels will kick in for next lottery in April and people who earn high enough will get it. It will most likely trickle down to extensions/change of employer in the future. Someone who got h1b with wage level 3 cannot go back to level 2 or 1 in the future to game the system. Maybe this is what you think when you say salary increase for h1b
