In 5 years, most skilled tech guys from India will NOT want to migrate to other countries or USA
Land/vehicle registration...driver license.....passport. I did all 3 and did lot of other stuff which touched other departments as well. Bribe adigaru but I refused to give single Rupee. Still stuff got done in timey manner. oka 50 Kms out side of Hyderabad, you will still have to bribe a little but its many times less than before. -
