Forest cover (India has only 2% of world green cover) 3. Minerals (We were told India is rich in minerals but fact is India does not have more than 2% of valuable metals) 4. Gold (India had some but most of Gold is in Africa and China and South America) 5. Marine wealth - India does not have much. 6. Oil - India has none 7. Natural Gas - India has none 8. Rare Earths? zero in India 9. Coal - Yes India has good amounts 10. India has only 2% of worlds land - too low for a country with 18% population of the world.
