I still don't understand what you are trying to say and supporting going back to India. Anyways, its up to each person and each family situation. But as far as economics/salary is concerned its not even a competition and india still has a long way to go. Environment also has to improve drastically. For eg. one of my cousin works as .net developer in a bank here and has a independent house in Charlotte and decent car. His brother works in HDFC IT dept doing same work and has a 2 bedroom flat. I could easily see the difference in lifestyle between two brothers doing exact same work. Till that is somewhat comparable, ppl will keep moving here. But for now its not even close. You should not compare a regular .net developer in bank here with a FAANG guy in India. Keep apples to apples and then you will understand.
