These people should have never come to US. One of our neighbor's son did masters from Jaffa univ in Missouri and currently unemployed. His dad has a construction business in Hyd. Even when he was coming for masters I told him many times dont come and learn business from your father. But those cases are far from few, the cases you mentioned should have never come to US.
