Modi to inaugurate India’s 3 Statues Of Liberty
I view this decision in the same way I pick stocks. Instead of investing into something that has peaked and about to go down, its better to bet on an underdog which is poised to go up in future. US has peaked and is declining ... in terms of demographics, in terms of culture, in terms of economic opportunities and in terms of growth. They raked up huge debt and dedollarization is in full swing. You might have already noticed that its geopolitical influence has declined considerably. Agree that India hasn't been good for so many years. Which is the reason as to why I left as well. But its a different India right now and is going to be much better 5 years down the line. People moving back to India have 10Xed in the last 5 years and the feedback I got has been overwhelmingly positive to a large extent except for a few who don't have any passive in come and are completely dependent on their jobs. -

Modi to inaugurate India’s 3 Statues Of Liberty
If you have read my detailed post further and researched on it...you will understand that its not as fu'd up as you think it is. I was able to do multiple registrations and land conversions, and other such tasks involving govt officies without a single Rupee in bribes in Hyderabad. Was pleasantly surprised. Some of them still asked for money....but I plainly refused and the work still got done. We still had to pay in a case outside of hyderabad but due to everything being digitial it was 10% of what we would have paid 10 years ago...even with rupee depreciation. We are also moving back to India after detailed research. Life in India is much smoother provided you have setup passive income. Compared to US lifestyle its 10 times better. -
