If you go to Delloitte head quarters.. there would be person like a Clerk or Attendant who will ask you what can i do for you sir... when he request for info they will say they can reach out to the attorney with attorney details, most of these body shops do not have a crew at all , do not have a proper office setup ... if you look into those videos you can understand the problem. most of them are a simply empty rooms (at least some what better compared to non existent ones). Companies like Delloite, capgemini, PWC will employ office staff and necessary departments to handle the things. What about these so called body shops..? Another worst thing i heard is people in upper positions (client end or consulting companies) are opening these and re-directing the candidates to these companies ... they do not select them when they come directly, however they do when they come through a body shop with a Prime Vendor in middle..
