Telangana Government: తెలంగాణ సర్కారుకు షాక్ ఇచ్చిన సుప్రీంకోర్టు 12-01-2026 Mon 14:22 | Both States పోలవరం-నల్లమల్ల సాగర్ ప్రాజెక్ట్పై సుప్రీం తీర్పు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ పిటిషన్ విచారణకు అర్హత లేదన్న సుప్రీం పిటిషన్ ఉపసంహరించుకున్న తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం పోలవరం-నల్లమల్ల సాగర్ ప్రాజెక్ట్పై సుప్రీంకోర్టు సంచలన తీర్పును వెలువరించింది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్పై తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్ విచారణకు అర్హత లేదని సుప్రీం స్పష్టం చేసింది. తెలంగాణ తరఫున సీనియర్ లాయర్ అభిషేక్ మను సింఘ్వీ వాదనలు వినిపించారు. పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టును నల్లమల్ల సాగర్తో లింక్ చేయడం వల్ల తెలంగాణకు నష్టమని, గోదావరి నీటి కేటాయింపులు ఉల్లంఘన అవుతున్నాయని కోర్టుకు ఆయన వివరించారు. వాదనలు విన్న సుప్రీంకోర్టు... ఈ పిటిషన్ ను కొనసాగించలేమని, ఈ కేసుతో కర్ణాటక, మహారాష్ట్ర వంటి ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలు కూడా ముడిపడి ఉన్నాయని వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. అందుకే, ఇతర ప్రత్యామ్నాయ మార్గాలు (మీడియేషన్ లేదా సివిల్ సూట్) ద్వారా పరిష్కారం కోరవచ్చని సూచించింది. దీంతో, తమ పిటిషన్ను ఉపసంహరించుకుంటున్నామని సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు సింఘ్వీ తెలిపారు. సివిల్ సూట్ దాఖలు చేస్తామని కోర్టుకు తెలిపారు. -
