తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం డిస్కంలకు చెల్లించే అప్పుల మీద జరుగుతున్న ప్రచారంలో నిజానిజాలు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం డిస్కంలకు రూ. 80 వేల కోట్ల అప్పు బాకీ ఉందని కొందరు జోరుగా ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నారు. ఇవన్నీ మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ హయాంలో చేసిన అప్పులు అని.. విద్యుత్ సంస్థలు దివాలా తీస్తున్నాయి అని ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నారు. అసలు అన్ని అప్పులు అయ్యింది నిజమేనా? అయితే ఎందుకు అయ్యాయి?? పూర్తి వివరాలు 👇 ప్రచారంలో ఉన్న లెక్కల ప్రకారం వివిధ సంస్థలకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం చెల్లించాల్సిన అప్పులు మొత్తం రూ.81,516 కోట్లు కాగా ఇవన్నీ కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వమే చేసిన అప్పులా అంటే కాదు... తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడే నాటికి తెలంగాణ వాట కింద సంక్రమించిన ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రం అప్పులు రూ. 22,423 కోట్లు. గృహాలకు రోజుకు 2-8 గంటల విద్యుత్ కోతలు విధిస్తూ.. వ్యవసాయానికి 3-7 గంటలు మాత్రమే కరెంట్ ఇస్తూ.. పరిశ్రమలకు పవర్ హాలిడేలు ప్రకటించే అప్పటి రాష్ట్రంలో.. 2014లో రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడే నాటికే రూ. 22 వేల కోట్ల పైచిలుకు అప్పులు తెలంగాణ వాటా కింద సంక్రమించాయి. ఆ 22 వేల కోట్ల నుండి 80 వేల కోట్లకు అప్పులు పెంచి కేసీఆర్ ఏం చేశాడు? పదేళ్ళలో రైతులకు ఉచిత విద్యుత్ కోసం ఇచ్చిన సబ్సిడీ మొత్తం దాదాపు రూ. 42 వేల కోట్లు. 800 మెగావాట్ల కొత్తగూడెం 8th స్టేజ్, 600 మెగావాట్ల భూపాలపల్లి కాకతీయ పవర్ ప్లాంట్ల 2nd స్టేజ్, 1080 మెగావాట్ల మణుగూరు భద్రాద్రి పవర్ ప్లాంట్, సింగరేణి సెకండ్ స్టేజ్, 240 మెగావాట్ల దిగువ జూరాల హైడల్ ప్రాజెక్టుల నిర్మాణం చేసిండు. 26 వేల కోట్ల వ్యయంతో 4,000 మెగావాట్ల యాదాద్రి పవర్ ప్లాంట్ నిర్మాణం దాదాపు పూర్తయింది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న ప్రతి ఇంటికి, పరిశ్రమలకు నిరంతర నాణ్యమైన విద్యుత్ అందించేందుకు ⚡400 కేవీ సబ్ స్టేషన్లు 6 నుంచి 25 కు పెంచుకున్నాము. ⚡220 కేవీ సబ్ స్టేషన్లు 51 నుంచి 103 కు పెంచుకున్నాము. ⚡132 కేవీ సబ్ స్టేషన్లు 176 నుంచి 250 కు పెంచుకున్నాము. ⚡33 కేవీ సబ్ స్టేషన్లు 2138 నుంచి 3250 కు పెంచుకున్నాము. ⚡విద్యుత్ లైన్స్ అన్ని కలిపి 4.8 లక్షల ఉంటే అవి 6.8 లక్షలకు పెంచుకున్నాము. ⚡2014 లో 3,200 పవర్ ట్రాన్స్ఫార్మర్లు ఉంటే 2023 నాటికి 5,700 కు పెంచుకున్నాము. ⚡2014 లో 4.67 లక్షల డిస్ట్రిబ్యూషన్ ట్రాన్స్ఫార్మర్లు ఉంటే 2023 నాటికి 5,700 కు పెంచుకున్నాము. ⚡రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడే నాటికి 19 లక్షల బోర్లు ఉంటే నేటికీ 27.5 లక్షల బార్లకు ఉచిత విద్యుత్ అందిస్తున్నారు. ⚡రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 2014 నాటికి 1.11 కోట్ల విద్యుత్ కనెక్షన్లు ఉంటే 2023 నాటికి 1.78 కోట్ల విద్యుత్ కనెక్షన్లు ఉన్నాయి. ⚡రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడే నాటికి తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర విద్యుత్ స్థాపితం సామర్థ్యం కేవలం 7778 మెగావాట్లుగా ఉండగా, 2023 మే నాటికి 18,567 మెగావాట్లకు పెంచుకున్నాము ఈ విధంగా విద్యుత్ సంస్కరణలు చేసుకుని గృహాలకు, రైతులకు, పరిశ్రమలకు నిరంతరాయంగా విద్యుత్ అందించుకుంటున్నాము. తెలంగాణలో గృహాలకు కరెంట్ కోతలు లేవు, పరిశ్రమలకు పవర్ హాలిడేలు లేవు, రైతులకు విద్యుత్ కష్టాలు లేవు, 2014 కు ముందు రైతులు రాత్రిళ్ళు మోటార్లు ఆన్ చేయడానికి పోయి కరెంట్ షాక్‌లు, పాము, తేలు కాట్లకు గురవ్వడాలు ఇప్పుడు లేనే లేవు. కేసీఆర్ సాధించిన ఈ విద్యుత్ విజయాలను కప్పిపుచ్చడానికి అప్పులు అని కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ వాళ్లు కొత్త నాటకాలకు తెరలేపారు. ఇచ్చిన హామీలు నిలబెట్టుకునే నిబద్ధత లేక అప్పులు అని సాకులు చూపుతున్నారు.
