  1. Paneer doda also called Doda Phool is very healthy. Take 5 soak in water overnight, squeeze the juice into water by squishing it and throw doda away. Drink water. Tastes bitter. Health benefits include -> Regulating blood sugar, helps with respiratory issues. My sugar is nearby border. Started 1.5 months back. Will check sugar levels and give an update. Anyone else use this?
