Even though we have 2 kids we went for 1 story Ranch style house and it was the best decision. What we saw is no one actually uses 2 story completely and you have to pay a lot for furniture to fill the 2nd story, it’s mostly empty and nooone uses it. ours is one story 2100 and we use every corner. Totally worth it. If you have kids above 13 maybe 2 story makes sense parents loved it, andaram oka deggare
