    I think this is an intentional leak from white house to strong arm the tariff negotiations between Indian and USA that are happening right now.. Trump knows that Indian companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys will loose heavily and the Indian stock market will lose a lot of value if this is done...He probably wants to use this as a bargaining chip..
