As an example, a former colleague of the ex-employee's was all-but forced to deliver a demo of his work to stakeholders despite having just returned from bereavement leave. In the subsequent code review session, several Indians ganged up on him to deliver a collective, insulting criticism of his performance, creating a hostile work environment.
