There's no way Congress should pickup Sridhar Babu.....he's a B...their population is probably 3% of the population & may be 4% in both Telugu states combined. I wouldn't be surprised if it is lesser than that...! 

Mallu Bhattivikramarkha should be made CM because he's SC...and SC/STs population is 25%....! They should be given power to liberate their people from poverty!

forget TG politrics for now...mana personal life lone chustham kada. You work for ur company since long time....and sudden ga new member joined ur company and ur team, but nee kante Jr in terms of experience and u and other experienced and veteran colleague train him. 

Cut chesthe couple yrs lo he will be promoted Team Lead....poni le he has that communication skill and little ppl management anukuntaru. But some Sr engineers will be mad because they are stuck as Sr role and not giving hike/promotions.

Cut chesthe inko couple yrs lo Manager and you all are reporting him from next week. Ela untadi feeling?

Politics don't work like that. Had it been the case, there should have been no upper caste CM or PM. Power comes from control. Control over financial resources, control over land, control over population. If a brahmin becomes CM, it doesn't mean all Brahmins will become powerful overnight or if a SC becomes CM that doesn't mean SC will become powerful altogether. Mayawati became a chief minister of the largest state, did it change many things ? She did for herself and her associates. Sure certain SC officers across the departments benefitted and some law and order situation improved. The point is people need to develop individually, state can only aid to certain extent.

Also, this statistic of 25% is wrong, and  caste census data  are not accurate due to its age. I believe SC population alone would be at 20-22%, and ST category has been unjustly taken over by lambadis. They are never STs, Jalagam Vengal Rao did that stupid mistake for his electoral gains. This has effective eliminated Chenchu, Gutti koya, Kondareddi, Erukalu from political representation. 

Bhatti if given , will be given CM post because interms of seniority and loyalty he has better profile compared to Revanth Reddi. He was a three time hattrick MLA, and won for the fourth time, where as Revanth lost the last time. He served as Deputy speaker and chief whip and did a padayatra in Telangana before Revanth Reddi hogged the limelight. Further more, Modi is working with Manda Krishna, a madiga by caste to polarise madiga votes towards BJP, and giving it to Bhatti a mala by caste, would help Congress in Lok Sabha polls.
