Hi All,
A random question, I have first cousins (Indian-born US citizens) who have been here for the last 35+ years. I have been here in the USA for the past 10 years. In the past 10 years, I never got to talk to them or meet them. They never paid a visit or did not even come to the Airport to pick me up when I landed in the USA for the very first time in the same city where they lived.   Now all of a sudden they started to message me and behave like we are brothers and they want to improve the relationship. I don't have any grudge or love towards them.  I feel totally strange towards them. Honestly, I want to tell them without insulting them.  Being rude can be fulfilling but at the same time, it makes me a bad person.
Any thoughts?  Should I ignore them?

As people start getting old, they think more about relationships and want more companionship. If money is not involved then bury the past and start a new relationship.
