Revantham ki PCC ippinchindhe Baboru. Do you think Revantham has that caliber to get PCC just by joining Congress ? Motalu pampindhi Baboru. Andhuke Baboru ni master strategist antaru, TDP fans. Ravantham is his fail safe option. Once he exited Telangana, after Vote for Note case Baboru felt the need to establish someone in Telangana  to run the show. He can't do it with BJP , so he made Revanth to get into Congress. When he was in alliance with Congress he lobbied for it and got it. 

He got funded by TANA as well , when he visited them in US as directed by Baboru. He now has to fulfill his investors demands. 

The sketch is ready. To develop a new city on the lines of Amaravathi, between the east hyderabad and Choutappal. He already said on TV.  West hyderabad is already sold off and saturated, by Dora. Then there is Go111 issue. So to generate money means moving development to East. I can't find that video right now. But I will share it as soon as I find it.

If he were to implement Congress schemes state will go further deep into debt. He also needs to send mootalu to Adhistanam.

Kabjas ante Mafia chestharu. Here it's a different ball game altogether. Amaravathi ki CRDA jurisdiction is in 3,300+ sq km of which only 250 sq.km is Capital area. To put it in perspective entire GHMC is in 750sq.km.

If Revantham were to follow his boss Baboru, then the new proposed city will have atleast half that area at 1500 sq.km , there will be land pooling for that. Even before that  Baboru, his financiers and benamis, TANA investors will buy off near investment and infra zones for commercial and residential purposes. The infra costs will be borne by Telangana state. There will be more debt accruing for the state to push this. Some of these lands will be mortgaged and loan will be taken from private global investors.
