My company is planning to send me to Canada in a managerial role for 12-15 months. I will be going alone and my family will be staying in U.S. I would like to use this opportunity to get myself eligible EB1C. 

 

I have a question regarding my situation: Per USCIS, we need to be employed for at least a year outside US in a managerial role. However, If I travel every/every other weekend/ monthly once or during holidays to visit my family in U.S. (spouse on H1)will it cause a problem? 

 

I know it's a unique situation and I didn't find any clear mention about the length of stay outside U.S. Appreciate if you can drop a note if you have been in a similar situation or have any knowledge about this situation. 

 

** Note: I am checking with my lawyer as well but wanted to reach out to this group.

Nuvu elago TN visa tho unlimited working in US with free healthcare and pension batch kada Anna, why worry. You are in way better position than this EB batch.
