No, it's a very bad idea. Helped Dora to have almost monopoly in Telangana for almost a decade. TDP may have had a chance to fight Dora's policies. Unfortunately, Baboru is not the same man that he was before 2004. He started copying the same stupid policies of free schemes in Andhra as well.

Baboru, did a bad job by aligning with Congress due to difference with BJP on SP STATUS or Package. He may have gained some returns through Revanth in Telangana, but he is set to loose going forward. It's very hard for Baboru to be assertive in I.N.D.I alliance and stand against Modi and Shah. 

Jagan ni target cheyyadaniki what's baboru doing now, he's promising more than what Jagan is giving. Last time Pasupu Kunkuma annadu, janam cheera ,gajulu icharu. If Baboru goes the same way like Jagan , plus building his most expensive project Amaravathi why would people believe him?
