if you are ok with 30 years mortgage and there is nonother commitments…then go for buying house in USA…

or if you have early retirement plans…buy HYD house with out loan..

If you plan to settle in US, there is no point to buy in India. If you want to return to India, buy something that you can pay off in 5-6 years. Don't get tied to mortgage for 20-25years. The property taxes alone over that period plus the maintained that you accrue over the mortgage time will get a new property in Hyderabad.
