Likely that Raithu bandhu will get some budget cuts. Anni jillalaki andhariki rakapovachu. Some restrictions will be erected. "Congress mark" will be seen.

So, that's Congress's side of the story. They promised to increase rythu bandhu to 15k/year which means 7500 per acre half yearly. Now if they clear this promotion, will they apply the promised hike in payment or will go with old payment ?
