If you are NRI and visiting in less than 30 days, carry the passport and enter the 300 Rupees line. They will verify your passport and then can purchase the ticket inside. No need to worry about this and anyone can help you there. 
 

if not, you will have to purchase the 300 Rupees tickets when TTD releases. 

10K donation is other option. 

Last option is going with a recommendation letter from someone like MLA. This will be a two day process since you will get Darshan next day.

There is a TTD counter at the airport.. they have some Srivani tickets as daily quota.. you can try your luck.. I think there is one such counter at the bus station too.
