Between 2014-2019 sendral was very friendly towards them and gave the highest hike in the country's history 

The notion that sendral is hard on govt employees is a carry over from his first term , in his second term itself he cooled down. In his third term he was very accomodative of employees

Other CMs would pamper them with paid leaves, increased pensions, and other subsidies.

Andhra Pradesh and Telangana had one of the highest salary grades for govt employees in India until 2019. They are still paid 30% more than Karnataka or Tamil Nadu thanks to sendral / KCR 44% hike 

Teachers are getting one lakh per month pension upon retirement , it's hilarious that people think govt employees are underpaid.

Only a few employees like doctors , nurses , IAS , IPS , judges, court staff  are underpaid but the remaining bulk are grossly overpaid compared to private sector counterparts

Only decent Victory for CBN is 180 seats in 1999, with help of BJP riding Kargil’s Victory fame.

One more minor Victory is from Bifurcated AP, with help of PK and BJP with just 105 seats.

Other than that, CBN never enjoyed public acceptance and was hated by everyone from everywhere. 
 

Except that real Estate Venture Cyberabad IT towers, what good did he do? There might be some positives but negatives outweigh his positives. Most of the good if any he did, was straight out of IAS officers desk, who would have copied the stuff from Google.
