common public doesn't care whether he is accessible or not. pre 2009 when there was no technology people wanted that darbar, now who cares? everyone has smart phone , use that and ask people to submit on tg govt official handle. edo fist one month untadi muchata, tarvata chudu asalu evadu raanu kuda radu aa darbar ki.
