I think software ppl think everything in the world gets resolved thru an app.

aa ooru lo collector, MLA, municipal chariman, zp chairman..veelandaru emaindaru? why can't each MLA have a praja darbar in his constituency?

You are thinking in ur own/software shoes. Think about rural/remote place ppl who doesn't want to use phones. Anyday, human connection beats any virtual mode of communication.

managing a state is far from reality .. there are a zillion problems and for everything jira ticket and assign it is not a solution

you think in a state with 4 crore ppl or a country with 100 crores every body will use some app to raise a complaint

@tables is saying something. It is not assigning a ticket and problem solves.

Problem need to be reported to local authority and escalate to top.

CM kuda Anni requests ni computer lo enter chesthunnaru? Then what??? Anni CMO solve chesthe remaining Anni departments enduku?

Common people doesn't have to enter complaint in to app. they can compain to local level officer and provide a acknowledgement and solve as per SLA. all CM has to do is review and enforce.

It is a show. Great show.

Same with removing fence. When OU students want to do a muttadi is police not going to put another fence half mile away? Impractical theatrics. That's all..
