In Seema it is called ulla gadda.

Ulla Gedda (more common), Urla Gedda(more common), Ulli Gedda (less common) are commonly used names for Potato in Rayalaseema. Onion is called Yerra Gedda. 

Never heard Bangaladumpa being used there.  Probably urban areas might use Aloo.
