Filed my extension in June 2023. Case still pending since then.

Processing times yenta undi ippudu? I have my visa till april 2023, should I wait to upgrade to premium?

@prince143 - employer also filing H1B amendment for Job Location change .. My current H1b is expiring on May 2024. Which is less than 6 months for extension again.

Will my amendment also extend my H1B extension ?

Oh ok .. If not they have to do first amendment and next extension , which is very time consuming.

My H1b was extended recently. It took 7 months for regular processing. @Aquaman@MutaMestri
