Yaa got good package, no hurry to get another one.

too much competition for sr mgr positions. Director vi lite. Hardly any openings & no calls. I did get few calls from startups & midlevel companies but either too risky or not worth for the pay.

i did think about IC roles but growth would be tough at certain point. Now going an IC and coming back mgmt roles would just take 1-2 yrs of time. 
 

I have few onsites lined up for this month, hopefully something materializes. Else will just wait for one
