just be honest and say it’s not working out for me and my family. I’ve tried to get used to it but it’s affecting my health. If they don’t listen you’re better off working for someone else

Ask them if move is a a possibility and what has to happen for the move. Usually, if you have a team in multiple locations, this is not a big deal unless your physical presence in that location is crucial for the success of that role.

senior nundi mid level ki role change is not possible in any org. It is un ethical IMO. Company may have a process in place for Cost of living adjustment and they could follow that process.
