I get from Halal stores. The reputed ones in your area. Else you can check if any of your local grocery stores like Safeway, sprouts or lucky or meijer cut whole chicken. Whole Foods has good chicken too.

we get chicken and ground meat mostly from sprouts and sometimes Halal.
